The Smokies in springtime is a photographer’s paradise. A huge variety of wildflowers provide perfect subjects for macro and scenic photography. There are more wildflower species here than anyplace else on the planet. We will be treated to several varieties of trillium, columbine, dwarf crested iris, yellow and pink lady slippers, showy orchis, and much more. We’ll also photograph spectacular sunrises, and rushing streams flowing over rocky beds.
